Our Shipping Process
Estimate Package We do our best to accurately estimate when items will be delivered to their destination. Estimated shipping time frames and shipping days are based on several factors: -Including your destination address -How quickly we can package the items for shipment (processing) -What type of shipping method you have selected Step 1: Each order must go through a credit approval process and then be sent to the location where it will be shipping from. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (PST) will typically ship out in 1-3 business day. During this time you may see an authorization notice in your bank account. This is an authorization from your bank telling us that the funds are available, and it is okay to continue processing, and then ship. Your account will not be charged and funds will not be pulled until your item ships, in which case you should receive an e-mail notification from us. If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact Customer Service. Step 2: Orders are packed and shipped Monday – Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 1 – 3 business days from the order date. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day. We always make every effort to ship product the same day that it is ordered, however please be sensitive to the chance of high traffic when ordering around holidays and major sales. Step 3: Package is picked up by the appropriate carrier and shipping time begins! For Standard Shipping, it is estimated that your package will be delivered within 7–14 business days after processing. For Expedited Shipping, it is guaranteed that your package will be delivered within 3–5 business days after processing. You should expect an e-mail notification when your package ships with a tracking number and method of shipping so you can track your package. Please Note If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed until resolved.

About the Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: Flat rate $10.50 ground shipping no matter how much you purchase! Standard ground includes delivery via Priority Mail, US Postal Service, UPS Ground, FedEx ground. Customers cannot specify the carrier of their choice. Blue Rose shipping rates applies to all destinations within the United States (NOT including Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico). Orders placed via this shipping option is not guaranteed to be delivered within a certain time frame. However, an estimate of 7 – 14 business days is provided for your convenience. The estimated shipping time does not include the amount of time it takes for processing. International Rates: International rates vary by destination, carrier, and speed of your choice. You can calculate shipping rates at checkout once you have selected the items to ship. Some products may not be eligible for international shipping.

Tracking Your Order
When do I get my tracking email? After your order has processed and shipped, you should expect to receive a Shipping Confirmation email. This email will have your Order ID Number, your final order amount, the shipping method and carrier, and your Tracking Number.

Lost Tracking Email
Please contact us if you do not receive or lose your Tracking Number or if you would like help tracking your package. Also your account will not be charged until your order has been shipped. The final amount charged may be less than the initial total at time of purchase if items ordered were out of stock. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed until resolved.

Return Policy
Enjoy 365 Days to Return If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any item(s) purchased from Blue Rose Apparel, simply send it back for a full refund. Refunds will be issued the same way they were paid. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the refund(s) to reflect on your account. Unfortunately, we do not accept returned merchandise that has had tags removed or has been washed, worn or altered.
